Graduating with honors in Electronic Engineering, he began his career in Research & Development before moving into management roles of increasing responsibility in Italy and abroad (Buenos Aires, Brussels and Miami), gaining extensive experience leading multicultural teams for companies including AT&T, KPN-Qwest and TIM.
From 2008 to 2011, he served as President & CEO of Nokia Italy, overseeing the company's relaunch following the merger between Alcatel and Lucent.
From 2011 to 2016, he was CEO and General Manager of Sirti SpA, leading the company's strategic turnaround through to its sale to KKR.
From 2017 to 2023, he served as Executive Chairman of Ufinet in Madrid and Global Head of Enel Fibra, supporting the launch of Open Fiber and leading Enel Fibra's debut on the Italian market.
In 2023, he took the helm of 3SUN to coordinate the company's relaunch, the development of the Gigafactory and Research & Development plans for ultra-high-efficiency Tandem photovoltaic modules.
