She began her professional career at Accenture and McKinsey & Co, specializing in process innovation and communication. In 2004, she joined the Enel Group, where for more than ten years she held leading roles in Marketing and Customer Care, supporting the company through the opening of the retail market.
Since 2019, she has focused on People & Organization (P&O), managing people and organizational development for global business lines including Enel X, Enel Global Trading and X Way. Before joining 3SUN, she served as Head of the Sicily Territorial Area.
Today in Catania, she leads 3SUN's Communication and P&O functions, combining human capital management with a strategic and innovative vision. A curious and enterprising leader, she sees change as a constant opportunity for growth and evolution.
