A Chemical Engineering graduate with a Master's degree in Operation and Maintenance of power generation plants, she began her career in the food and maritime transport industries before consolidating her professional path in the energy sector within the Enel Group.
From 2010 to 2016, she served as Senior Environment and Safety professional for major thermoelectric power plants, subsequently becoming Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Italy Generation at Enel Produzione SpA.
From 2016 to 2024, she held management roles of increasing responsibility in safety and environmental protection, first as HSEQ Manager for the Torrevaldaliga Nord Business Unit and later as Head of Environment Italy and Head of HSEQ Italy for Enel Green Power.
In 2024, she joined 3SUN to lead the Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality area. A logical and proactive manager, she approaches complex and dynamic environments with a strong focus on people development and relationships.
