A Mechanical Engineering graduate specializing in Energy, he has focused his career on factory Operations management and photovoltaic module production, developing solid and proven technical and leadership experience in the manufacturing and renewable energy sectors.
From 2011 to 2014, he served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Moncada Solar Equipment Srl, coordinating strategic and production activities at industrial sites both in Italy, in Campofranco (CL), and internationally in Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
In 2015, he took responsibility for production at the Catania facility as Head of Plant Operations Gigafactory at 3SUN. An analytical manager with a strong aptitude for leadership, he places team motivation and maintenance and Continuous Improvement processes at the core of his work.
