A Law graduate and specialist in the Science of Constitutional Autonomies with an administrative and management focus, he is a lawyer registered with the Special Bar for Public Entity Lawyers and previously served as a reserve officer in the Guardia di Finanza. He has developed extensive experience in legal and corporate affairs, initially working for leading multinational groups in the Technology and Energy sectors.
He joined the Enel Group in 2012 and held positions of increasing responsibility within Legal & Corporate Affairs, taking on global roles in extraordinary transactions, M&A, corporate governance, legal operations and strategic business support.
He subsequently led legal and corporate affairs for Enel X's Business Development & M&A activities and for Enel X Way's global e-Mobility business line, supporting its growth and international expansion.
Since 2025, he has served as Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at 3SUN Gigafactory, where he is also a member of the Anti-Corruption Function and of the Board of Directors. In this role, he contributes to the development of Europe's most advanced industrial initiative in the photovoltaic sector, combining legal expertise, governance and industrial vision to support the sustainable growth of the business.
